Job Role & Responsibilities: - 

  • Looking for candidates from a sales background
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential clients within the BPO industry.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of BPO trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to build a robust pipeline of BPO prospects.
  • Craft compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of our BPO solutions.
  • Negotiate and close BPO deals with potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and budget.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and delivery, to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Track and analyze BPO sales performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging BPO technologies.
  • Handle Customers Inbound and Outbound calls.



  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BPO sales or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals within the BPO industry.
  • In-depth understanding of BPO services, including customer service, back-office operations, and data processing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
